Making up your mind

There are some questions that can be addressed scientifically and there are many types of questions that cannot be addressed using the methods of science. Theologians and Philosophers address these ‘tricky questions’ using a range of enquiry methods. Take for example, the questions, ‘Does God exist?’ (see the previous page) and ‘Does life have a meaning?’ How can these questions be addressed?
